Privacy Policy & Terms

1. Who We Are
Future All Stars of Tomorrow Foundation Inc. ("F.A.S.T. Foundation", "we", "us") is a South Carolina non-profit public charity recognized under IRC Section 501(c)(3). We provide athletic training, mentorship, and academic support programs for student-athletes ages 5–17 in the greater Charlotte metro area. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us: contact details when you submit our contact or volunteer forms (name, email, phone); account details when you register as a parent or guardian (name, email, phone, password); athlete details you provide during program registration (name, age, emergency contact, and any medical notes you share for safety); donation details when you give (name, email, amount — payment card data is processed by Stripe and never touches our servers); and photos taken at our programs and events, used with consent under our media release.
3. How We Use It
We use your information to run our programs: processing registrations, communicating schedules and updates, coordinating emergency contacts and athlete safety, issuing donation receipts, and sharing program photos with enrolled families. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
4. Children’s Privacy
Athlete information is provided by a parent or legal guardian — children do not create accounts themselves. Athlete photos in our gallery and parent portal are shared under the media consent granted during registration. Facial-recognition photo tagging (used to help families find their athlete’s photos) runs entirely in the administrator’s browser; no biometric data is stored on our servers. To remove your athlete’s photos or data, email us and we will act promptly.
5. How We Protect It
Data is stored with Supabase (SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure) with row-level security so families can only access their own records. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Access to administrative tools is restricted to authorized staff with role-based permissions.
6. Donations & Receipts
F.A.S.T. Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donation records are retained as required for non-profit accounting and IRS compliance.
7. Terms of Use
By using this site you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. Program registration is subject to the Participant Waiver & Release of Liability agreed to during sign-up. Website content, photography, and branding belong to F.A.S.T. Foundation and may not be reused without permission. We may update these terms as our programs grow; material changes will be posted on this page.
8. Contact Us
